Election candidate Stuart Syvret in court over breach
Stuart Syvret, a candidate in next week's elections, has appeared in Jersey's Magistrate's Court accused of breaching his community service order.
The case has been adjourned for two weeks.
In August the former senator accepted 80 hours of community service instead of spending 10 weeks in prison.
It followed his failure to have his convictions for contempt of court, data protection and motoring offences overturned by the Court of Appeal.
