please read the pdf file the link below takes you to...cicra(our) wants to give GE more freedomto set its tarrifs..our has allowed a 2.5% rise for the 1st of april .GE has asked for 5.5% ..this well bring increases in the past 2or 3 years to over 50%..i have emailed them as a consumer and said that giving GE more freedom to apply these large increases will be detrimental to the elderly,low earners,disabled ect ..please email them your concerns to the link in the consultation paper .
