Manifesto to follow...

Hi, Thanks for the invite to your forum, I am standing for the Vale, first time candidate for the States too, as I couldn't carry on just standing by and criticising, so it was put up or shut up time for me.
I arrived in Guernsey back in 1996 with my Guernsey born wife Melanie, (we met in Dubai!) and our two young kids, Jamie & Tamar.
They are all grown up now, Jamie has just finished Uni, and is back in Guernsey working, Tamar still at Uni in Cheltenham, in her 2nd year.
In my life I have lived and worked in many different countries, and enjoyed them all, so hopefully I bring a broad perspective to this having been in business around the world, mainly running Logistics companies.
I don't want to start clogging the forum with lots of political stuff just yet, and by tomorrow I will have a website that will have my manifesto on, and a blog for q & a, so softly softly. Cheers for now James
