Safe route for new schools to be tested
Guernsey pedestrian safety group Living Streets says it's come up with a possible safe route for children to walk to the island's newest schools.
A mainstream secondary and a special needs secondary will open in St Sampson's this autumn.
There's been concern since before the schools were sited there about road safety due to the area's busy, narrow lanes.
Teachers, parents and students will try out a walking and cycling route via green lanes this Saturday. (CTVonline)
mmm what will this prove?
