TTS breaking the rules
Transport and Technical Services have been breaking the rules on sewage disposal. They have over the last three years pumped inadequately treated waste into St Aubin's Bay. It is also reported they have occassionally pumped untreated sewage onthe East Coast.
Anyone like to speculate about the e-coli detected in Grouville Bay, now? And what about the handling of the incinerator ash and gases. It sounds all too lax to me.
