Have your say on bad behaviour

Guernsey residents will have a chance to have their say on school exclusions and disruptive behaviour.

Scrutiny Committee is conducting a public consultation as part of its "School Exclusions and Disruptive Behaviour" review.

An electronic questionnaire has been set up for islanders to complete if they want to contibute to the review.

Mike Garrett member, said:

We have had a good response from the public so far, but in order to make contributing as straightforward as possible, we have set up an electronic questionnaire for people to complete and return to the Panel anonymously. Whether they are a parent of a pupil who has or hasnt been excluded, a pupil who has or hasnt been excluded, an ex-teacher or they just have a general awareness of the exclusion process and behaviour management in schools - wed like them to share their views with us by completing the online questionnaire at .

All questionnaire responses will be treated as anonymous.

The deadline for completeing questionnaires is Friday 14th January 2011.

i sent them a letter and they replied after a day !
