Subway is looking to open a branch in Guernsey.

Island FM can exclusively reveal the national sandwich chain is working with a potential franchisee on the island.

Subway tells us it is continuing to expand in the South West region and is always on the look-out for potential new store sites.

It's hoped a Guernsey branch could open in the Spring of 2013
