It's back to the Eighties as parents are set to scramble for Rubik's Cube this Christmas .

The Rubik's Cube will top the Christmas bestsellers list once
again - more than 25 years after its launch, Woolworths predicted
yesterday.
The store chain put the puzzle at number one in
its list of top ten toys for this December, despite it being invented
in 1974 and launched in 1980.The cube is experiencing a revival
following the popularity of tutorials on the website YouTube and 'speed
cubing', where players compete to be the first to match the colours.




Mind-bending: The Rubik's Cube is said to be the world's all-time bestselling toyOther
1980s classics are also tipped to be top sellers this Christmas, with
toys based on an animated Star Wars film out later this year, and a toy
whip inspired by the recent Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the
Crystal Skull movie.
