Runway Materials

As granite & other filling materials are required to resurface the airport runway,you could kill 2 birds with 1 stone by digging out the area at the top of Smith St between Court Row,New St & the Grange.The resulting deep hole could then be transformed into a very large above & below ground car park, which is desperately needed and of much more use than the present structures. Our States could then transfer themselves to a remodernised ex Slaughter House or somewhere of similar size, which should be more than adequate for the 2 days per month they normally spend on deciding if & when anything gets done.When anything of merit is forthcoming,we already know who the good members are that made it happen,& we will make very sure they are honoured & respected as they would richly deserve.Oh well,we can all dream EH!..

What about using the mountain of crushed glass at Longue Houge.
