Why not walk to work?

Is there nothing you like more than a nice stroll? Or does the thought of stretching your legs make you break out in a cold sweat?

Well people in Guernsey are being encouraged to walk to work.

The charity, Living Streets, say distances in Guernsey are so small that many commuters could go to work by foot and should give it a go during Walk to work week, next week.

I walk to work every day, no great effort.

HeHe I can see someone living at St Pierre du Bois (at the bottom of the Hill) and working in Town really appreciating that...................

Yeah I walk to work daily - No point in learning to drive on such a small island and I dont trust the behemoth Busses.....

Walk to work? Whos going to carry my tools for me? People who work in offices and shops should walk or get a bus.

I would walk to work , but i would get very wet ............
