If you are after something to do this weekend then take a look through our guide to what's going on around the Bailiwick.
This weekend you have the chance to make some Art On The Beach with the Guernsey Arts Commission, get your hands dirty helping out the Guernsey Conservation Volunteers and find out a bit more about clay target shooting at Portinfer.
Arts & Culture

On Friday the Amman welsh male voice choir are performing at 2000 at St James with proceeds donated to Guernsey Multiple Sclerosis.
On Sunday the Guernsey Arts Commission present Art on the Beach from 1430 at Vazon. Teams will have to create a piece of art using only natural and man-made materials.
Over the summer Candie Gardens will be resounding with music every Sunday, find out who's playing.

Nature

On Saturday the Guernsey Conservation Volunteers will be clearing La Mare Huchon Douit in St Sampson from 1000. Volunteers are asked to meet in the Rousse car park. Please bring wellies and all new comers are welcome.
History

The History Guernsey In Action Company are holding an Open Day on Saturday in the Amherst Room at Castle Cornet, from 1000. There will be a chance for visitors to ask questions, meet cast members and watch extracts of plays. The will also be a performance of "Our Beauty" at a 1415.
Introducing

On Friday there will be an evening of live folk and roots music with the Barley Dogs at Blind O'Reilly's.
Also Duck & Cover will be playing at The Golden Lion and Fuzed will be appearing at the Doghouse.
On Saturday Moojoose make a rare appearance at Blind O'Reilly's, while The Bandits will be on stage at the Jamaica Inn and Fuzed will be back in The Doghouse.

On Saturday the Guernsey Clay Target Shooting Club are holding an open day at the Portinfer shooting range from 0930. People can go along and have a go no matter their level of experience.
