Jersey news: Should prisoners be allowed access to the internet?
It is an age old debate - What rights should prisoners have when they are spending time behind bars?
Some people think life inside is too easy, others believe it is not tough enough. Now one Jersey politician wants to know about internet access at La Moye prison. Deputy Phil Rondel is asking questions in the States next week.
He wants to know where and when prisoners are allowed to use the internet and if it is worth the money.
From Channel TV.
We want to know what you think. Should prisoners be allowed access to the internet?

No. They are in prison because they have committed a crime.
Why make it so comfortable for them, any wonder a lot of them reoffend
It must be like staying in a Hotel.

prisoners are there to be punished so should not be allowed access to broadband,tv,games or anything other than a book to read or a puzzle to do...
