Are you ready for the soup kitchen challenge?

Guernsey charity Bridge2Haiti is hoping to raise thousands of pounds at their soup kitchen which is being staged outside the Town Church on Tuesday (7 December).

The big soup kitchen challenge pits some of the best chefs in the island against each other - all facing the public vote for the best soup in the island.

Organiser Sarah Griffith said: 'We've changed the day this year to a week day and we're hoping that the business community are going to come along and support us so instead of bringing your sandwiches into work next Tuesday, how about coming down for a cup of really delicious soup just outside the Town Church.'
